System 3 of 6 in our proprietary Revenue Engine
When a follower asks about your program
the fastest reply makes the sale!
When somebody sends you a DM or fills out your form, they are already looking at two other programs. Whoever answers first usually gets the sale, not because they teach better, but because they answered. We put something in place that answers every one of them in under a minute, day or night, weekends included, and books the call on your calendar. It is connected to your other five systems, and it gets better at the job every day. The people who message you are the ones who read your e-book, heard your podcast or watched a clip, and we build all of those for you too.
Speed to Lead is one of six systems we build. They are designed to connect, so a follower is never dropped between them.
Speed to Lead: what is typical, what you get, and the money.
Every day on our live stream we show the difference between how most people do it and how the people making real money do it. Here is that difference for this one system. Most of our clients sell a product at about $10,000.00, so the money lines below use that price. They are examples to show the math.
Who answers
What is typical: You do, when you get to it. That is hours later, or the next morning, or never.
What you get: An AI employee trained on you answers in seconds, day or night, weekends included.
The money: The person who asks at eleven at night and hears back in the morning has already bought from somebody else. Five of those saved a month is $50,000.00.
Where they can reach you
What is typical: Messages come in through comments, direct messages, texts, calls and your website, into five different places. Some are never seen.
What you get: One professional number and one inbox. Calls, texts, your website and your social media messages all land in the same place and all get answered.
The money: One missed message a week that would have bought is $10,000.00 a week.
What it knows
What is typical: A chat bubble that knows three answers and turns everything else into a form.
What you get: An AI employee taught what you sell, who it is for and how you talk. You practice with it yourself before it talks to anybody, and a real question comes to you.
The money: A real answer keeps the conversation alive, and a conversation that stays alive is the one that buys.
What happens after the first reply
What is typical: One answer, then silence. Nobody follows up, so the conversation dies.
What you get: It follows up until the person books, buys or says no, and the booked call lands on the calendar you already use.
The money: Most people need more than one conversation. The follow-up nobody does is where the sale is.
How it stacks
Speed to Lead is built across two of the fifteen stages: the one phone number in stage two, and your trained AI employees in stage six. It catches everybody the website in stage seven and the content engine in stage nine send your way. Whoever buys goes on to Five Star Reviews in stage ten, and whoever is not ready yet goes to CRM Mastery in stage eleven to hear from you again.
One system on its own does a little. All of them connected is where the $50,000.00 keeps stacking.
Seconds, not hours.
Someone who wants what you teach sends a DM or fills in your form, and then waits. Think about what it took to get that person there. They watched your clips, maybe for months. They listened to you. They finally decided to raise a hand. Getting a stranger to that point is the hardest part of this whole business, and you already did it. Then the clock starts. Most people answer in hours. Some answer the next day. A hand that went up on Saturday night is back down by Monday morning.
And you never find out. There is no report that shows you the people who asked and gave up. Your follower count still goes up. Your clips still get watched. Everything looks healthy from where you sit. It is the most expensive leak in your business and it is invisible, which is exactly why it never gets fixed. More attention makes it worse, not better. Double the followers into a slow reply and all you have doubled is the unread messages.
This is what happens at 11:40 on a Saturday night.
An illustration of the exchange, not a follower's real thread. The point is the timing: the reply goes out in under a minute, every time, whether or not anyone is awake.
The same message, on two different Saturday nights.
Start with today. A woman has followed you for months. She has watched your clips. Maybe she read your e-book or heard an episode of your podcast. At 11:40 on a Saturday night she finally makes up her mind and sends you a message asking how your program works. That minute is the most interested she will ever be. And she did not send the question to you alone. She sent it to two other people who teach something close to what you teach.
11:41, the way it goes now. Your phone is face down on the nightstand. Nothing happens. Her message sits in your inbox under all the others that came in that day. She is still wide awake, still holding her phone, still wanting an answer. Every minute that goes by, the feeling that made her write to you gets a little weaker. She has no idea you are asleep. All she knows is that she asked and nobody answered.
Sunday. One of the other two writes back. They are no better than you. They may not be as good. But they answered, and now she is talking to them. Her questions get answered one at a time. She feels looked after. By Sunday afternoon she has a call on their calendar, and in her mind the decision is mostly made. You are still not part of the conversation.
Monday morning. You or somebody on your team opens the inbox, finds her message and writes a good, thoughtful reply. She reads it and never answers. You figure she was not serious. She was serious. She bought. She just bought somewhere else. Nobody on your side writes that down as a lost sale, because nobody on your side ever knew it was a sale. Now multiply that by every night, every weekend and every hour you are busy with the client in front of you.
Now run it again. Same woman, same Saturday, same 11:40. This time an AI employee is on the job. An AI employee is exactly what it sounds like. It is a worker that is not a person. My team and I teach it your program, who it is for, who it is not for, and the questions people always ask you. It has one job here, and that job is answering. It does not sleep, it does not take weekends, and it never has a full plate.
11:41, with the system. Within seconds she has a real reply. It is not the canned line that says thanks, we will get back to you. It answers the thing she asked, in the plain way you would say it, and then it asks her a question back. What is she trying to fix? What has she already tried? She is typing again before the other two have even seen her message. The contest is over and you won it in your sleep.
The contest is over and you won it in your sleep.
Before midnight. A few messages go back and forth. The AI employee learns what she wants and whether your program is the right fit for her. When she is ready, it shows her the open times on your real calendar. She picks one. The call is booked and she gets a confirmation. She puts her phone down feeling like somebody was there for her. That feeling belongs to you now. She has heard from you for months. This is the first time she heard back.
Monday morning, the second time. You wake up and there is a call on your calendar that was not there when you went to bed. With it is the whole conversation, written down. Who she is, what she asked, what she is hoping for. You walk into that call already knowing her. You did not chase anybody, you did not go back and forth about times, and you did not spend your Sunday in your inbox.
And if she had gone quiet. Plenty of people ask a question and then life gets in the way. The baby wakes up. The phone dies. They are not saying no. They got busy. A person on your team might follow up once and then forget. The AI employee does not forget. It reaches out again by text and email, spaced out the way a thoughtful person would, until she answers or asks it to stop. Some of the sales you are missing today may be sitting right there.
If the first Saturday night sounds like yours, tell us about your program.
Why seconds, and not an hour.
It never sleeps
It never forgets
It brings in your team
Everything in Speed to Lead, one piece at a time.
An AI employee of your own. It is built for your program and nobody else's. Before it talks to a single follower, my team and I sit down with you and learn how you explain what you do. We learn the questions people ask you over and over, the answers you give, and the kind of person your program is right for. Then we teach all of that to your AI employee. When it answers, it sounds like your business, because it learned from you.
Every door is covered. People reach you in more ways than you think. A DM on one platform. A comment under a clip on another. The form on your website. A reply to an email. Today each of those is a separate place somebody has to remember to check. We connect them so the same AI employee answers all of them, to the same standard, in seconds. It does not matter which door a buyer walks through. Somebody is standing there.
It does not matter which door a buyer walks through. Somebody is standing there.
It sorts as it goes. Not everybody who messages you is ready to buy, and that is fine. Some are ready today. Some are curious and need more time. Some are not a fit at all. The AI employee asks a few plain questions and finds out which one it is talking to. The ready ones get your calendar. The curious ones get a helpful answer and stay in touch. That is the sort, sift and funnel part of the Revenue Engine, happening one conversation at a time.
The call lands on your calendar. It works off your real calendar and the hours you choose. The buyer sees the open times, picks one and it is booked right there in the conversation. No back and forth. No message that says does Thursday work, followed by two days of silence. You and your team only see the finished result, which is a name, a time and the reason they want to talk.
When it needs a person. Your AI employee handles the questions people always ask, and it brings your team in for the rest. A special request, something personal, anything we have not taught it yet. Those go to you or the person on your team you choose, with the whole conversation written down, so nobody has to ask the buyer to repeat a word. The buyer goes straight from a fast answer to the right person. When somebody asks what your program costs, it gives the answer you decided on during the build. Your people spend their time on the conversations that need a human.
A record of every one. Every message is written down the second it arrives. For the first time you can see how many people asked about your program this week, how fast each one was answered, how many booked a call and what they wanted to know. Most coaches, authors and influencers have never had that number in front of them. Once you can see it, you stop guessing about what your audience is worth.
What you have to do. At the start, you talk and we listen. You tell us about your program, your buyers and the hours you want to take calls. You look over how your AI employee answers and tell us where it does not sound like you yet. After it is running, your part is simple. You show up for the calls on your calendar and you do what you are already great at.
What my team and I do. We build it, connect it to your website, your calendar and your social pages, and keep it running. We read the conversations. When a follower asks something your AI employee has not heard before, we teach it the answer, so the next person gets a better reply. That is what we mean when we say it gets better at the job every day. You have a US company with a team behind the work, and me personally on your account.
What your week looks like. You stop living in your inbox. You open your calendar in the morning and see who booked while you were busy. You read a short conversation and walk into the call prepared. Your evenings and your weekends stop being the hours when sales slip away, because those are now the hours your AI employee is busiest. The attention you worked so hard to earn finally has somebody waiting for it.
Want somebody answering your followers tonight instead of Monday?
Nobody has to remember anything.
Answered in seconds
A real reply, in your words, with a question back. You watched it happen above at 11:41.
It goes to the right person
When a conversation needs a human, the person you choose gets it with everything attached, so nobody starts from zero.
It keeps following up
Somebody who goes quiet is not dropped. Your AI employee checks back in until they reply or say no thanks.
Every message is tracked
Every message is tracked from the second it arrives to the call on your calendar. Every buyer who raises a hand gets an answer and a next step, which a busy inbox has never done for you.
You can see all of it
How many asked, how fast they were answered, how many booked.
What Speed to Lead hands to system 4.
Where this sits. Speed to Lead is the third of six systems, and it only makes sense next to the others. Your website is the place you own, with your e-book and your podcast on it. The Automated Organic Content Engine puts you in front of people on the free platforms and sends them to that website. Those two bring the attention. Speed to Lead is what catches it. Without this one, the first two fill an inbox nobody is answering.
A follower becomes a client. Take the woman from Saturday night. By the time her call turns into a sale, your system has written down her name, the clip that sent her to you, what she asked at 11:40, the call she booked, what she bought and the day she bought it. Nobody on your team typed any of that. Most people who sell what they know have never kept it, and it matters to you for one reason. It is how system 4 knows she is a client, and knows when enough time has passed to ask her how it went.
And it builds your list. Everything Speed to Lead writes down goes onto your list. Every person who raised a hand is there, with their name and what they asked for. That list sits on the website you own, beside your e-book and your podcast. This is the system that builds your list, one conversation at a time, while you are doing something else. A following is a crowd you hope will see you. A list is people you can reach any day you choose, by email or by text. And it is what system five goes back to.
A list is people you can reach any day you choose, by email or by text.
System 4 picks it up. System 4 is Automated Five Star Reviews. Its job is to ask every client, student and reader for a testimonial, every time, without anybody having to remember. It can only ask the people it knows about. Speed to Lead is how it knows. Every buyer who came through the door in system 3 is on the list for system 4, and gets asked when the time is right.
Then it comes back around. Those testimonials go on your website, where the next stranger reads them. So the next person who messages you at 11:40 on a Saturday night has already seen proof from people you helped. She arrives warmer. The conversation is easier. The call is easier to book. System 3 feeds system 4, and system 4 makes system 3 better. That is what we mean by six systems working as one.
The ones who did not buy. Not every conversation ends in a sale, and none of them are thrown away. The person who asked and was not ready is written down too, with what they wanted. Later on, system 5, CRM Mastery, goes back to those people with something that fits. Some of them may be ready the second time. You already earned their attention once. This keeps you from having to earn it all over again.
Why we build all six. Speed to Lead on its own answers in seconds. Connected to the other five, it does more than answer. It takes the people your content brings in, turns them into calls, hands your clients to the system that collects proof, and saves everyone else for later. Six parts, one Revenue Engine, built once as one piece. A talent agency that got you the attention and then let the phone ring would not be much of an agency. Speed to Lead is how we pick up for you, every time. My team and I build all of it, and your AI employees run it day and night.
