Automated Five Star Reviews

System 4 of 6 in our proprietary Revenue Engine

People buy from the one with the most proof

not the one who teaches best!

That is how people decide now. They look you up, see how many students and readers vouch for you, and compare. If you have eleven reviews and the next person has two hundred, you were never in the running, no matter who teaches better. So we build the thing that asks for you. Every client and student gets a short check-in while the program is still going, so you hear about a problem while you can still fix it, not in a public review on Saturday. And the moment someone tells you they're happy, they're asked to say so publicly. Every client, every time, without anyone remembering. Those reviews go on the website we build for you, beside your own e-book and your own podcast.

What is typical, and what you get

Automated Five Star Reviews: what is typical, what you get, and the money.

Every day on our live stream we show the difference between how most people do it and how the people making real money do it. Here is that difference for this one system. Most of our clients sell a product at about $10,000.00, so the money lines below use that price. They are examples to show the math.

1

Asking

What is typical: A review gets asked for when somebody remembers, which is almost never.

What you get: Every happy client is asked, every time, with nobody having to remember.

The money: People buy from the one with the most proof. If proof tips five more buyers a month, that is $50,000.00 a month.

2

Video testimonials

What is typical: Happy clients say wonderful things in private messages, and nobody else ever sees them.

What you get: Every happy client is asked for a video testimonial as well as a written review, and my team collects them.

The money: One client on camera saying what you did for them sells better than anything you can say about yourself.

3

Where the proof shows up

What is typical: Screenshots in your phone and kind words buried in old messages.

What you get: The proof shows up on your website, where the next buyer reads it before they ever talk to you.

The money: A stranger does not buy what you say. They buy what other people say about you.

4

Hearing about a problem first

What is typical: You find out somebody was unhappy when the whole internet does.

What you get: Your AI employee stays in touch along the way, so a problem reaches you while you can still fix it.

The money: One saved client keeps buying from you. One public complaint costs you buyers you never hear about.

How it stacks

Five Star Reviews is stage ten of the fifteen. It needs buyers, so it comes after your product, your website and your AI employees are in place. The proof it collects goes onto your website in stage seven. The clients it finds happy are handed to CRM Mastery in stage eleven for the next offer. And when Paid Ads turns on in stage twelve, that same proof is what the ads show.

One system on its own does a little. All of them connected is where the $50,000.00 keeps stacking.

Why proof sells

A stranger does not buy what you say. They buy what other people say about you.

Start with the stranger. Picture somebody who found you last night. They watched a clip, liked what you said, and clicked through to your website. They do not know you. They have been burned before by somebody who talked a good game. So before they spend a dollar, they go looking for one thing: has this worked for a person like me? Everything you say about yourself is a sales pitch in their eyes. What your students, clients and readers say is evidence. That is the difference.

Why you have so little. Most coaches, authors and influencers have helped far more people than their reviews show. The work was good. The clients were happy. Nobody asked. Or somebody asked once, weeks later, in a group message, and a few people answered. That is not laziness. Asking feels awkward, it is easy to put off, and you are busy doing the actual work. So years of results sit in private messages and thank-you notes where no buyer will ever see them. You did the hard part and never collected the receipt.

What that costs you. You taught them. Somebody else got paid. That is what thin proof costs. A follower can watch you for a year, enjoy every minute, and still buy from the person down the feed who has a wall of happy clients. A clip from you says you know your subject. A review from a student says it worked for somebody. People need to see you and hear from you seven to ten times before they trust you enough to pay, and proof is what makes each of those times count.

A clip from you says you know your subject. A review from a student says it worked for somebody.

What a talent agent does. A talent agent never walks into a room and says the talent is great. He hands over what other people said and lets that do the talking. That is the job this system does for you. Self-promotion is part of the work now, whatever you do for a living, and you still have to show up and be seen. But telling strangers how good you are is the one kind you should never have to do yourself. As your modern day talent agency, my team and I make sure your students, clients and readers do that bragging for you.

So we build the asker. This system exists to fix that one gap. It is an AI employee whose whole job is to stay in touch with the people you are already helping, find out how it is going, and ask the happy ones to say so. You get two things out of it. A review is what they write in public, where strangers check you out. A testimonial is their story, in their own words or on video, on your website. It does not get embarrassed. It does not forget. My team and I set it up around the way your program, your book or your coaching runs, and from then on every person gets asked. Not most of them. Every one.

Why it is system four. The order of the six never changes, and here is what happens if you try this one early. With no website of your own, a great review has nowhere to live except somebody else's page. With nothing bringing people in, nobody new ever reads it. With nobody answering, the stranger it convinced sends a message and hears nothing back. So it goes in fourth, when there are people to ask and a place to show what they said. From there it keeps paying you for work you already did, because every new client becomes the next review.

How it works

Your AI employee stays in touch with every student, client and reader from the day they enrol or buy to the day they finish.

Speed to Lead — see how it works →

01

You check in while the program is still going

A short survey at the points that matter, not one message weeks after they finished. It goes out on its own, because it is watching the program calendar and the payments rather than somebody's memory.

02

Every answer gets read the minute it lands

A good answer moves that person toward the ask. A bad one comes straight to you, privately. Silence tells us something too. Nothing sits in an inbox waiting for somebody to get around to it.

03

Happy students get invited to say so

There are two good moments to ask: the first real win and the finish. The ask only goes to somebody who just told you things are going well, so it never lands cold and it never feels like a favor.

04

Wherever your buyers look you up first

The review goes where it does you the most good. That might be Google, your social profile or the page where your book is sold. It depends where your buyers check before they pay. Then it comes home to your website, where it sits beside what you sell.

05

And it never stops

Every student, every client, from now on. This is what everybody who sells what they know should already be doing, and almost nobody does, because it is one more thing to remember. Now it is not.

The ask goes out while they are still happy.

Not three days later when somebody remembers. There are two good moments, and your AI employee is watching for both. The first is the first real win, the day a student gets a result they could not get before. The second is the finish. A person is proudest of what they did on those two days, and those are the days they will gladly tell the world about it. A week later they are back in their own life and your request is one more thing in a full inbox. You did not get worse in that week. You just asked late. Your AI employee does not ask late, because it is not waiting on anybody to remember.
Your AI employee
Hi Dana, congratulations on finishing the program. If it helped you, would you mind leaving a quick review? Takes about thirty seconds.
Customer
Happy to. Send me the link?
Your AI employee
Right here. Thank you, it genuinely helps a small team like ours.

An illustration of the flow, not a client's real thread. Nobody on your team has to remember to send it, and nobody has to feel awkward asking.

Step by step

Exactly how every client, student and reader gets asked.

First, we learn your program. Before anything goes out, my team and I sit down with you and walk through how a person moves through what you sell. Where does it start? Where do people usually get stuck? Where do they get their first win? Where does it end? Those are the points that matter, and they are different for a twelve week coaching program than for an e-book somebody reads in a weekend. You tell us once. We build the check-ins around those moments, in your words, so they sound like you.

Then it watches the calendar. From the day somebody enrols or buys, your AI employee knows where they are. It is following the program dates and the payments, so it knows when a student hits the halfway point or a reader has had time to get through the book. Nobody on your team keeps a list. Nobody sets a reminder. When a person reaches one of the moments you named, the check-in goes out on its own, to that one person, at that point in their own journey.

The check-in is short. It is a quick, friendly question about how things are going, sent as a message on their phone. It takes them a few seconds to answer. It is not a long form and it is not a sales pitch. People answer because it is easy and because it feels like you care how they are doing, which you do. You just never had the hours to ask every single one of them. Now every one of them hears from you.

If somebody is unhappy. You find out the same day, privately, while the program is still running. The note you get is short. It tells you who it is, where they are in your program and what they said, in their own words. Your AI employee brings that one straight to you, because a call from you is worth more to that student than any message. A student who is stuck in the middle is a problem you can fix with one phone call. You do not need a script. You ask what happened, you listen, and you put right what you can. The same student, called that day, can still finish, and a student who finishes is your next review.

If somebody is happy. They get asked right then, while the good feeling is fresh. The message carries the link, so there is nothing to look for and no new account to open. Some will write a few lines in public. That is the review. Some will tell the whole story, in writing or on video, for your website. That is the testimonial. Either one is gold. And they add up. Every review makes the next stranger easier to win, and every testimonial hands my team another story to put in front of your audience. Ask every person, every time, and what you get is a wall of proof a buyer reads before the call.

Ask every person, every time, and what you get is a wall of proof a buyer reads before the call.

Readers get asked too. This is not only for a high priced program. The person who bought your e-book on your website is a customer, and we know who they are because they bought it from you and not from a platform. They get a check-in once they have had time to read it. A reader who loved the book is asked to say so. That review sits beside the book on your website, and it helps the next visitor decide to buy it.

What your week looks like. You do not send anything. You do not chase anybody. You do not keep a list of who to ask. What you see is a short note when a student needs a call, and new reviews showing up with your name on them. An expert's income is a direct reflection of the time and effort they put into their business. Your part here is the conversations only you can have. Your AI employee does the rest, day and night, with my team behind it and me on your account, and it does it for every person from now on.

If you have helped far more people than your reviews show, tell us about it.

And then they belong on your own website.

Now the part nobody thinks about. You earned those reviews. Right now they live on a page that also lists other people who teach what you teach, so the proof you worked years for is doing its selling inside somebody else's shopping list. Think about what that means. Somebody hears you on a podcast, likes you, and looks you up. The first thing they are shown is you and a row of other choices. Your own happy students just walked that person into a comparison. Nobody did anything wrong. That is simply how those pages are built. So we keep the reviews there, and we also bring them home.

On somebody else's page

This is Google, your social profile, the page where your book is sold. Your rating sits beside everybody else's, with a list of other choices. The buyer is comparing. That is what those pages are built to make them do. You do not own them and you do not decide what sits next to your name. They still matter, because that is where a stranger checks whether you are real. It is just not where you want them to make up their mind.

On your own site

The same reviews, pulled in and kept current, with nobody else on the screen, next to your story, your program and a button that books the call. Nothing to compare against. When a new review comes in, it shows up here without you lifting a finger. The person reading it is one tap from your e-book, one tap from your podcast and one tap from a call with you. This is the page you own, so this is the page where the proof gets to finish its work.
Both, ideally. The profile is how they find you. Your site is where the reviews finish the job. One gets you looked up and trusted by people who have never heard your name. The other is where the person who already likes you reads what your students said, sees no other choices, and books the call.
Where it goes next

Where your proof shows up, and what it hands to the next system.

Beside what you sell. The website we build for you is where people buy. So that is where your proof goes to work. Reviews sit next to your story. They sit next to your own e-book, the one with your name on the cover, so a visitor who is thinking about buying it can read what the last reader said. They sit next to your own podcast, so a new listener can see that the person behind the microphone has changed things for real people. Wherever a visitor is about to decide, there is somebody vouching for you.

It feeds your content. A good testimonial is not only something to read on a page. It is a story, and stories are what your audience stops to watch. The words your students use about you become material for the videos, clips and episodes your content engine puts out on every platform. Now the follower who has never been to your website hears, in a student's own words, what happened after they worked with you. That counts as one of the seven to ten times, and it is one of the strongest.

The people you already helped. Every person from now on gets asked. So what about the ones before? They are on your list, and system 5, CRM Mastery, goes back through that list. The past students and readers who had a good experience can be asked then. Years of results that have been sitting in private messages finally get collected. And if you are early, with only a handful of clients so far, do not let that stop you. This system is not sold separately. It goes in with the other five as one build, so it is asking from your very first client.

What it hands to system five. Every check-in teaches us something about a real person. Who finished. Who loved it. Who went quiet halfway through. That is exactly what the next system, CRM Mastery, needs to do its job. A student who just told the world how happy they are is the easiest person you will ever make an offer to. A reader who loved the book is the natural buyer for the coaching. The one who went quiet gets a reason to come back. System 5 makes those offers, and it makes them to the right people because system 4 told it who they are.

A student who just told the world how happy they are is the easiest person you will ever make an offer to.

One engine, six parts. Ask for reviews without the rest of this and they land somewhere you do not own, and nothing happens with them afterward. Inside the Revenue Engine, the proof has a home on your website, a job in your content and a next step in system five. And it keeps working. A stranger who lands on your website sees real people saying you delivered, before they ever speak to you. That is why my team and I build all six together. I do not see anybody else offering it this way. If you want to see whether you are a fit, the application is right below.
