Premium Smart Websites

System 1 of 6 in our proprietary Revenue Engine

Your website either turns followers into buyers

or sends them back to the scroll!

Your followers find you on social media and tap the link in your bio. In about nine seconds they decide whether to stay. We build the one page you own that loads fast on a phone, says what you teach and who it's for, and turns that tap into a sale or a booked call. We also turn what you know into your own e-book, and we produce your own podcast right on that website, just like mine. You get a copy of my business, front to back, with your name on it.

What is typical, and what you get

Premium Smart Websites: what is typical, what you get, and the money.

Every day on our live stream we show the difference between how most people do it and how the people making real money do it. Here is that difference for this one system. Most of our clients sell a product at about $10,000.00, so the money lines below use that price. They are examples to show the math.

1

How it looks on a phone

What is typical: Most websites are an atrocity on a phone, and the phone is where your audience is. They pinch, they scroll sideways, they leave.

What you get: A website built for the phone first, written around you, that looks like the real thing the second it opens.

The money: Every clip, every profile and every partner sends people here. If the page loses them, everything that sent them was wasted.

2

Somebody answering

What is typical: Nobody answers at any hour. There is a form, and the form goes to an inbox you check on Tuesday.

What you get: An AI employee trained on you answers every visitor in seconds, day or night, and a person on your team can step in.

The money: If answering in seconds keeps five buyers a month who would have gone somewhere else, that is $50,000.00 a month.

3

A way to book and buy

What is typical: No way to talk to a person, no way to book a call and no way to buy. It is a brochure nobody visits twice.

What you get: A visitor can read your story, book a call with you and buy, right there on the page.

The money: If your website brings in five extra clients a month, that is $50,000.00 a month.

4

Your e-book and your show, living on it

What is typical: Nothing to hand a visitor, and your show lives on somebody else's platform.

What you get: Your own e-book and your own podcast live on your website. A visitor leaves a name to get the book, and that name goes on your email list.

The money: Every name is a relationship you now own. That list is a multi-million dollar profit center, and this is where it gets filled.

5

One address you own

What is typical: The social page is being used as the website. It belongs to the platform, and the platform can take it down any day it likes.

What you get: One address that is yours. Every profile, every clip and every link in your e-book points to it through its own smart link, so you can see where every visitor came from.

The money: You stop guessing what works. You see which platform sent the buyer, and you do more of that.

How it stacks

The website is stage seven of the fifteen, and it is the front door to all of it. It stands on the six stages before it: your email and list, your phone number, your profiles, your product, your e-book and your trained AI employees. Every stage after it sends people here: your show, your clips, your reviews, your list and your ads.

One system on its own does a little. All of them connected is where the $50,000.00 keeps stacking.

The problem

You are sending your audience to a page that loses them.

Most coaches, authors and influencers either have no website of their own, or one that was built once, years ago, and never updated. Some send people to a link-in-bio page they do not even own. It looks fine on a laptop. It loads slowly on a phone, which is where nearly every follower actually sees it. Think about what that follower just did. They watched you, liked what you said, and went looking for more. That is the hardest thing in this whole business to earn. Then the page they land on makes them wait, or hands them a list of links and leaves them to figure it out alone.

It does not say clearly what you teach, who it is for, or what happens next. So a follower who was ready to buy gives up and goes back to the feed. You never hear about it. Nobody sends you a message to say your page lost them. They just disappear, and you assume they were never that interested. You do not have an audience problem. You have a page that loses them after they show up, and more videos just send more people to the same place. Fix the place first. Then every video you make has somewhere to send them.

What it is for

Your website has one job: give your audience somewhere to buy.

Start with the road. Think of everything you put out as a road. Every video, every clip, every episode moves a person a little further along it. A road has to end somewhere. For most coaches, authors and influencers it ends at a profile page with a follow button, and a follow button does not pay anybody. Your website is where the road ends. It is the one place a stranger can learn who you are, see what you teach, and hand you money for it.

An address first. My company is a modern day talent agency, and a talent agent's first move is to give the talent an address. Before anybody can book you, buy from you or tell a friend about you, there has to be one place to send them. So a website you own is the first thing my team and I build for you. It is a full website, with a page for your story, a page for your e-book, a page for every episode of your show and a page for your program. Self-promotion with nowhere to send people is just noise.

Self-promotion with nowhere to send people is just noise.

What a stranger needs. Picture the person who taps your link. They have seen one clip, maybe two. They do not know you yet. In their head they are asking four questions, in this order. Who is this? What do they teach? Is it for somebody like me? What do I do next? My team and I write your page to answer those four questions in that order, in your words, on a phone screen. When the page answers them, people stay. When it does not, they leave.

Something to buy. A page that only talks about you is a brochure. Yours has things on it a person can actually buy. Your own e-book sits at the front, because it is the easiest first yes you can offer a follower who is still getting to know you. Behind it sits your program, your course or your coaching. And right on the page is a calendar where a serious buyer can book a call with you, without sending a message and waiting for you to answer.

Somebody always home. Your followers do not keep office hours. They show up late at night, on a Sunday, in the middle of your own client call. So an AI employee lives on your website. It knows what you teach, who it is for and how your program works. It answers the visitor's questions in plain words, in seconds, takes their name and number, and puts a call on your calendar. When a question is not its to answer, it hands that one to you with the conversation written down. On your website it answers the people who are already there. System 3 puts that same worker on your comments and your direct messages, so every door is covered.

A list you can reach. On social media you cannot reach your own followers unless the platform decides to show them your video. On your website, every person who buys, books or asks a question leaves a name, an email and a phone number. That list lets you reach them yourself, any day you choose. It keeps growing as more people buy, book and ask. Later in the Revenue Engine, system 5 goes back to that list and turns it into repeat sales. It starts filling up here.

Your part, and ours. Your part is to talk. You tell us your story, what you teach, who it helps and what happens for the people who do it. We ask a lot of questions, the kind a beginner would ask. Then my team and I write it, design it, build it, and connect the calendar, the e-book, the podcast and the AI employee. You read it and tell us where it does not sound like you. We keep it running after that. You are never the one fixing it.

If you already have one. Good. You are starting ahead. Your web address stays the same, so the people who already know where to find you still can. My team and I go through what is there with you and carry over what is true and still working, starting with your story and your own words. Then we build the new website around them, with the e-book, the show, the calendar and the AI employee the old one never had. What stays and what gets rebuilt is the first thing we work through on the discovery call. What goes live is your story, with something to buy sitting right beside it.

Web design services

Built to turn followers into buyers, not just to look nice. And it carries two things most websites never have: your own e-book and your own podcast.

Mobile-first design

Looks right and works right on any phone, tablet or laptop, because almost all of your followers are looking at you on their thumb, not sitting at a desk.

Found on Google

We do the groundwork on every page so Google understands what you teach and who it is for, so new people find you even when they never saw your videos.

AI-ready content

Written so ChatGPT and the AI answers at the top of Google can read it. When someone asks an AI who teaches what you teach, your name comes up in the answer.

Built to sell what you teach

Every button, headline and form sits where it does for one reason: to turn a follower into a buyer or a booked call. Nothing on the page is there to decorate.

Built from scratch

Not an off-the-shelf template that a hundred other coaches also bought. Yours is built around your story, your program and your words.

Ongoing support

We keep it fast, safe and up to date, send you a plain report every month on how it is doing, and you have a direct line to the people who built it.

Your own e-book

What you know, packaged into a book with your name on the cover.

Why a book. You already know enough to fill a book. The trouble is where it lives right now. It is in your head. It is spread across all your videos, which nobody will ever watch in order. It is in the answers you type out to the same questions every week. None of that can be bought. A book is the simplest way I know to take what you know and turn it into a product a stranger can pay for today. Packaging what you know so it can be sold is the heart of what a talent agent does, and this is where we start.

How it gets out of you. You do not sit down and write it. Writing a whole book alone is slow, and it is easy to stall. We sit down with you and you talk. We ask what you teach first, what comes second, where people get stuck, and what you wish every new client already knew. We record all of it. What you have been saying out loud for years becomes the raw material, and my team does the work of turning it into a book.

What we build. We put what you said into chapters, in an order a reader can follow from the first page to the last. It is written to sound like you, not like a textbook. We design the cover in your colors with your name on it. We lay it out so it reads well on a phone, because that is where your followers will open it. You read every chapter before anybody else does, and you sharpen it until it sounds exactly like you.

Where it lives. Your e-book gets its own page on your website. That page says what is inside, who it is for and what the reader will be able to do when they finish. There is a button to buy it, and a follower becomes a buyer right there. It is sold, not handed out. A reader who paid has a reason to finish. I sell mine on my website the same way. Yours works exactly like it.

What it does for you. A follower who has only seen your clips is still a stranger. A reader who paid for your book and finished it is not. They know how you think. They have tried a piece of what you teach. By the last chapter they are asking what comes next, and the last chapter tells them: your program, your coaching, a call with you. The book does the long explaining so you do not have to do it one message at a time.

A follower who has only seen your clips is still a stranger. A reader who paid for your book and finished it is not.

Something to hold up. The book also gives every video a point. Before, you ended a clip by asking people to follow you. Now you end it by telling them where to get the book. Every clip, every episode and every interview you do has the same simple next step, and that step ends on your website. It changes how you are introduced, too. You are the person who wrote the book on it.

Already an author? Good. Then you know what a book can open up, and you likely know what yours has not done for you yet. We put the book you already wrote on your website and build what sells behind it. Then we talk about everything you have learned since you wrote it. That is usually where your next product is sitting, waiting for somebody to package it.

Just like mine. I built this for my own company first. My own book, Attention To Dollars, sits on this website and does this job for my company every day. What you get is the same piece, built the same way, with your knowledge inside it and your name on the cover. You can look at mine before we ever talk. That is the prototype. Yours is the copy.

If you can see your name on that cover, tell us what you know.

Why you need your own website

You cannot build what you teach on a platform you rent.

Most coaches, authors and influencers build everything on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube. It works right up until the day the account gets restricted, the reach drops, or the page is taken down, and it happens for no reason anybody ever explains to you. Every follower you spent years earning goes with it, and you have no way left to reach them. Stay on those platforms. They are the best free stages ever built, and we use every one of them. Just do not keep the only copy of your business there. You do not have your followers' names, emails or phone numbers. The platform does.

A website you own is the one address every road leads to. Every social page points to it. Every video points to it. It is where a follower becomes a buyer. When someone buys your e-book there, books a call or asks a question, you get their name and a way to reach them. So picture the morning after an account goes dark. You open your own list and reach every one of those people yourself, by email or by text, without asking a platform for permission. That is what I mean by control. You own the ground you are standing on.

Friends do not let friends build their whole business on rented land. The website, the list, the e-book and the podcast all work as one machine. Each one sends people on to the next, until a follower becomes a buyer.

Your own podcast

Your own show, produced by my team, living on your website.

Why a podcast. A short clip earns you a few seconds of somebody's attention. Trust takes a lot longer than that. People need to see you and hear from you seven to ten times before they will pay you. A podcast is how you get that time. Somebody puts you on in the car or at the gym and listens to your voice for a whole episode. No clip can do that. One good episode can count for a lot of those seven to ten times.

What stops most people. A podcast costs next to nothing to put out. What stops people is the technical work. Getting the sound right. Editing. Making the cover. Getting the show onto Apple and Spotify and keeping it there. Writing a title and a description for every episode. None of that is hard for people who do it every day, and that is what my team does. You never touch any of it.

What you do. You sit down and talk about what you know. Sometimes alone, sometimes with a guest. We help you plan what each episode covers, so you are never staring at a microphone wondering what to say. You already answer these questions every week for your followers and your clients. This is the same conversation, recorded once, so it can keep working long after you have finished talking.

What we do. We take the recording and clean it up. We edit it, fix the sound, add your opening, and make the cover in your colors so the show looks like it belongs to you. We write the title and the description. We put the episode out everywhere people listen. And we give every episode its own page on your website, with the episode ready to play and a plain write-up of what you covered.

Why it lives here. On a listening app, somebody hears you and moves on to the next show. On your website, the episode sits one tap away from your e-book and your calendar. Each episode page is also one more page Google and the AI answers can read. When somebody types in the exact question you answered on the show, your page can come up, and they arrive at a place you own with something to buy.

Guests bring people. A show gives you a reason to call people you would never otherwise get on the phone. You invite somebody your audience respects. They sit down with you. When they share the episode with their own followers, new people meet you for the first time, and they meet you as the host. Everybody in your field is a peer, and a podcast is the easiest way there is to start working with them.

Everybody in your field is a peer, and a podcast is the easiest way there is to start working with them.

One recording, many uses. Here is the part that saves your time. That one recording does not stay one recording. Say you sit down one morning and talk through a single subject. That sitting becomes a full episode with its own page on your website. The best moments in it get cut out and land on your followers' phones as clips, on the platforms they already use. Every one of them points back to the same place. You recorded once. The cutting belongs to the next system in the Revenue Engine.

If that scares you. I will say it plainly. If having your own podcast and your own product scares you, we are not the right fit. You do not need to be polished. You do not need a radio voice or a studio. You need to know your subject and be willing to talk about it out loud. My team and I handle the rest. But you do have to show up, because the whole model runs on people hearing from you.

If talking about what you know out loud does not scare you, we should talk.

If your profile is your website, you are renting.

An Instagram profile, a TikTok page and a link-in-bio page are good things to have. They are not a website. You cannot change how they work, and everything a follower does on them happens on somebody else's terms. Your videos sit in a feed, right beside everybody else who teaches what you teach. The company that owns the feed decides what people see next, and it is not always you. A Google listing is one more of the same. Here is what a profile cannot do for you, one piece at a time.

You cannot talk to them

No form of your own, no email or number collected, no way to write to somebody first. A person watches, looks around and leaves, and you never learn they were there.

Nothing answers for you

A profile cannot answer a question, take a name or book a call on its own. Every buyer depends on you being free at the moment they ask.

Your proof gets buried

You earned those kind words. They sit in comments and messages where the next buyer never looks. On your own website those same words sell for you, with nobody else on the screen.

AI cannot recommend you

When somebody asks ChatGPT who teaches what you teach, the answer is built out of websites it can read. No site, no mention.

You cannot count anything

No way to know which video, clip or episode brought a buyer to you. Everything is a guess, so every hour you put in is a guess.

You cannot sell on it

A profile has no checkout and no calendar of yours. Your e-book, your program and a booked call all need a page you own to live on.

None of that is an argument against your social pages.

Keep them. Feed them. They are free, and they are how people find you in the first place. If you have a Google listing, keep that too. But each one should point at something you own. A website that answers the questions, takes the person's name and number, replies in seconds, and shows what your clients say with nobody else beside them. A website with your own e-book for sale on it and your own podcast playing on it. The profiles bring them. The videos bring them. Your website is what closes them.
What happens next

What system 1 hands to system 2.

What is standing now. When system 1 is finished, you have four things you did not have before. A website you own. Your own e-book for sale on it. Your own podcast playing on it. And an AI employee on it, answering questions and booking calls while you sleep. In plain words, you have a place to send people and something for them to buy when they get there. Those two things are what an audience needs before it can turn into dollars.

What is still missing. People. A great website nobody visits earns nothing. That is the job of system 2, the Automated Organic Content Engine. It takes one recording from you and turns it into a steady flow of videos, clips and episodes on every platform your audience uses. Every one of them points back to your website. System 1 is the destination. System 2 is the traffic, and it comes from the free platforms.

Why this order. Most people do it backwards. They spend years putting out videos and building a following, with nowhere to send anybody. Then one day they try to sell something and wonder why nobody buys. We build the destination first. That way, from the very first clip the content engine puts out, the attention lands somewhere it can turn into dollars. Nothing you record after that is wasted.

What each piece gives. Each part of system 1 hands something specific to system 2. The website gives every clip an address to send people to. The e-book gives every clip something to offer, so you are never just asking for a follow. The podcast gives the content engine its raw material, because one episode holds many moments worth cutting out and showing. Without system 1, the content engine has nothing to cut and nowhere to point.

The e-book gives every clip something to offer, so you are never just asking for a follow.

Then the other four. After that, the rest of the Revenue Engine plugs into the same website. System 3 takes the AI employee that answers on your website and puts it on your comments and direct messages too. System 4 asks every client, student and reader for a review and shows it on your pages. System 5 goes back to everybody on your list who went quiet. System 6, paid advertising, is added last, once the free attention is already turning into buyers. It is one build, never sold in pieces. All six go in, in that order, every time.

What your week looks like. Once this is running, your week gets simpler. You record. You take the calls that show up on your calendar. You teach the people who paid you. You are not updating pages, answering the same question again and again, or wondering whether the link in your bio still works. AI employees do that work day and night. My team stands behind them, and I am personally on your account.

A copy of my business. Everything on this page is how my own company works. The website you are reading, the book on it, the podcast on it, the AI employee that answers when you ask a question. You get the same thing with your name on it, from front to back. If you can see your own name on a website like this one, tell us where you are today. Every client starts with a discovery call, and the exact price is given on that call. There is also the Revenue Share Partnership. It is the same build, and it has its own page on this website. We work with 5 to 10 clients at a time.

If you want a website your followers can buy from, start with the application.
