Done For You

A fifteen-stage system, built for you.

My team and I build our proprietary fifteen-stage system for you. It takes the attention you already have, points it at your product, and turns it into dollars. A team does the work, and I am on your account personally.

What it is

My team builds the whole business behind what you know.

Who it is for. You are a coach, an author or an influencer. People already pay attention to you. You already sell what you know, or you are ready to. And you would rather have the whole thing built right than spend the next year learning how to build it yourself. Done For You is for the person who is ready to have it built now.

What we are. Steven James Consulting is a modern day talent agency. A talent agent does the work behind the stage so the talent can do the one thing they are great at. My team and I take coaches, authors and influencers and show them how to make money with their attention and their product, and then we do the building for them. Our whole model is one line: Attention + Your Product = Dollars.

What gets built. A fifteen-stage system. It starts with your email and it ends with a team keeping everything running. In between are your phone number, your social channels, your product, your e-book, your AI employees, your website, your podcast and the six business systems that turn people who watch you into people who pay you. Every stage is on this page, by name, in the order we build it.

Who does the work. My team does. This is a company with a team behind the work, and I am on your account personally. You are not asked to learn software, and neither is anybody who works with you. You tell us what you know, you show up to record, and you check that it sounds like you.

Attention + Your Product = Dollars.

Why fifteen. Because that is how many it takes. Most people picture a website, or a podcast, or a book. Each of those is one stage. On its own, one stage does very little. A website with nobody arriving is a brochure. An audience with nothing to buy stays an audience. The money shows up when all of it is built and every piece is connected to the next one. That is the work you are asking my team to do.

The fifteen stages

Fifteen stages. What is typical, and what you get.

Every day on our live stream we show the difference between how most people do it and how the people making real money do it. Here is that difference at all fifteen stages. Most people have about a quarter of this, and none of it is set up properly. With us you get the million-dollar version of every one, built in this order.

Every one of these fifteen is a hidden profit center. Under each stage is the money. Most clients we work with sell a product at about $10,000.00. At that price, five extra clients a month is $50,000.00 a month, and $600,000.00 a year. That is the money that keeps getting left on the table. The numbers below are examples at that price, to show the math.

1

Email, your list and your accounts

What is typical: A free email account, and no email list at all. Everything you have built lives on social media pages, and a platform can delete your profile, and your entire existence with it, any day it likes. The business runs off whatever personal logins were handy, and when a password is lost, so is the account.

What you get: Professional email at your own web address, every account opened in your name, and an email list that starts growing on day one and never stops. Your list is the one audience nobody can take away from you. You build it from day one for the rest of your life.

The money: Your email list is a multi-million dollar profit center, and people completely ignore it. You can go back to every name on it again and again, for years, without paying anybody for the attention. A list that brings in five clients a month is $50,000.00 a month, and it is still yours on the day a platform shuts your page down. Cross-sells, upsells, brand partnerships and referral partners all run through this list and through stage eleven, CRM Mastery. Together they are the million-dollar profit center.

2

The one phone number

What is typical: Your personal cell phone. When you are busy, on stage or asleep, the call goes to voicemail and the buyer moves on. Nothing is tracked, so you never know which call came from where.

What you get: One professional tracking number for texting and for calls in and out. It routes every call and text to an AI employee or to you, any time of the day, and it shows you where each one came from.

The money: One missed call a week that would have bought is $10,000.00 a week. Five answered calls a month that turn into clients is $50,000.00 a month.

3

The social channels and profiles

What is typical: The social page is being used as the website. A different name and photo on each platform, a link that goes nowhere, and no way to tell which platform sent you a single buyer. And the page belongs to the platform, not to you.

What you get: The same name, photo and one line about you on every platform. Every profile sends people to your website through its own smart link, so you can track exactly where every visitor came from.

The money: If your profiles send five more buyers a month to your website, that is $50,000.00 a month.

4

Packaging what you know

What is typical: No product. Plenty of attention, plenty of free advice given away in comments and messages, and nothing with a name and a price that a person can buy. Then you get invited onto somebody else's stage, in front of their whole audience, with nothing to sell. That is how millions get left on the table.

What you get: What you know, written down and shaped into a product with a name, a price and a look. This is the stage that turns an audience into income.

The money: With no product, the number is zero. With a $10,000.00 product, five clients a month is $50,000.00 a month. A product also gives you something to trade with partners, so their audience can become your buyers and the commissions go both ways.

5

Your e-book

What is typical: Nothing at all, or the free one-page download everybody gives away. That is a joke, and nobody reads it twice.

What you get: A real e-book with your name on the cover, written from what you know. Done properly it is a Trojan horse: it carries your thinking and your offer to every person who follows you, it gets passed along, and it keeps working for years. Smart links inside it track every click back to your website.

The money: If your e-book brings in five clients a month, that is $50,000.00 a month. And it keeps getting passed along for years.

6

Training your AI employees

What is typical: No AI employee at all, or a chat bubble that knows three answers and sends everything else to a form.

What you get: AI employees taught what you sell, who it is for and how you talk. You practice with yours before it talks to anybody, and then it answers in seconds, day or night.

The money: If answering in seconds, day or night, keeps five buyers a month who would have gone somewhere else, that is $50,000.00 a month.

7

The website

What is typical: Most websites are an atrocity. They do not look good on a phone. Nobody answers at any hour. There is no way to talk to a person, no way to book a call and no way to buy. It is a brochure nobody visits twice.

What you get: A premium smart website written and built around you. It looks right on a phone, an AI employee answers every visitor in seconds, and a person can read your story, book a call with you and buy, right there. Every other stage on this page connects to it.

The money: If your website brings in five extra clients a month, that is $50,000.00 a month.

8

Your podcast and your live show

What is typical: No show. People treat a podcast like a hobby, and millions of dollars are left on the table by people who know their subject and never had their own.

What you get: Your own podcast and your own live show, produced by my team. Every episode and every replay lives on your website, and every one becomes a week of clips.

The money: Five extra clients a month from your show is another $50,000.00 a month.

9

Automated Organic Content Engine

What is typical: Showing up when there is a spare minute, then disappearing for weeks. Every clip made by hand, one platform at a time.

What you get: You record once. One recording becomes a week of clips on every platform you keep, and every clip sends people to your website.

The money: Say it puts an extra hundred thousand sets of eyes a month on you and your offers. Call it five clients a month. That is another $50,000.00 a month.

10

Five Star Reviews

What is typical: Happy clients say wonderful things in private messages, and nobody else ever sees them. A review gets asked for when somebody remembers, which is almost never.

What you get: Every happy client is asked for a review and a video testimonial, every time, with nobody having to remember. That proof shows up on your website, where the next buyer reads it first.

The money: If the proof on your website tips five more buyers a month, that is $50,000.00 a month.

11

CRM Mastery

What is typical: No CRM at all, or one that nobody opens. Names scattered across message inboxes, old lists and past buyers. And once somebody buys, they never hear about the next thing, because there is no next thing. This is the profit center almost everybody ignores.

What you get: We build your CRM, the one place every relationship you have is kept, and we put it to work. Database reactivation: every name you already have is reached again. Cross-sells: the people who bought one thing are offered the thing that goes with it. Upsells: for most of our clients we build an ascension program, where the $10,000.00 product is the entry point and the $30,000.00, $40,000.00 and $50,000.00 offers, like a mastermind, sit above it. That is lifetime value: what one client is worth to you over all the years they stay. Brand partnerships and referral partners run through it too. Some people call them affiliate partners; it is the same thing in different words. With a product of your own, the commissions go both ways: your partners are paid for the buyers they send you, and you are paid for the buyers you send them. That is why they want to work with you. You have something to trade: your expertise and a commission. Cross-sells and upsells are the easiest money you are ever going to make, because you are selling to people who already know, like and trust you.

The money: Your network is your net worth, and that has never been more true. Your reputation and your audience are what lead to the money. Cross-sells, upsells, brand partnerships and referral partners all run through this and through the email list from stage one, which is why the two together are the million-dollar profit center. Done right, one relationship is a million-dollar profit center. This is where the real money is, because it raises what every client is worth. One client who moves up from your $10,000.00 product to a $40,000.00 mastermind is worth $50,000.00, not $10,000.00. Ten clients a year who move up is another $400,000.00, from people who already bought.

12

Paid Ads

What is typical: Ads turned on first, sending strangers into a business that is missing the eleven stages before this one. That is how people lose money on ads.

What you get: Added last, and only if you want it. By then, ads send more attention into a system that already works. And the system is built to run on attention that costs you nothing.

The money: With the rest working, every five clients a month that ads add is another $50,000.00 a month.

13

Build a proper KPI dashboard

What is typical: Running the business on a feeling. Ask how last week went and there is no number. So the things that work never get doubled, the things that do not work never get stopped, and money keeps going to both.

What you get: The lifeblood of your business, on one private screen on your phone: your inbox, your calendar, and the numbers that matter, like where your clients are coming from and what is bringing in the money. It tells you what to double down on and what to stop doing. This is how you run the entire business.

The money: Priceless. Every other number on this page depends on this one. Knowing which stage brings in the $50,000.00 lets you double it. Not knowing means you keep paying for the ones that bring in nothing.

14

The community and the videos

What is typical: An audience that watches and never belongs to anything. Followers on a platform you do not control.

What you get: Your own online community, with a free level and paid levels above it, and the videos that welcome people in.

The money: People who belong buy again. Five members a month who step up to your $10,000.00 product is $50,000.00 a month.

15

The people, and keeping it running

What is typical: It gets built once and then it drifts. Nobody is checking it, nobody is improving it, and all of it lands back on you.

What you get: A plan with dates on every stage, a call with us every week, and my team keeping your AI employees trained and the whole system running.

The money: This is what keeps the other fourteen paying, month after month. Over five years, one stage worth $50,000.00 a month is $3,000,000.00.

You see how the $50,000.00 keeps stacking, stage after stage. That is what this fifteen-stage system does.

If you counted about a quarter of these, and not one of them set up properly, that is normal. Building all fifteen the right way is what my team does.

The Revenue Engine

Six Business Systems = One Revenue Engine

Our proprietary system. Inside the fifteen stages sit six business systems. Connected so they run as one, they are the Revenue Engine. Their job is to sort, sift and funnel your audience from attention to a paying client.

Where each one sits. Premium Smart Websites is stage seven. The Automated Organic Content Engine is stage nine. Speed to Lead is built across stages two and six: the one phone number, and the AI employees trained to answer on it in seconds. Automated Five Star Reviews is stage ten. CRM Mastery is stage eleven. Paid Ads = Booked Appointments is stage twelve.

Six systems sort, sift and funnel your audience from attention to a paying client.

The amplifier. AI employees are the amplifier on all six. They answer every message in seconds, day or night. They follow up when somebody goes quiet. They book the call on your calendar. They ask for the review. And when you want a person in the conversation, somebody on your team takes it over.

Why the other stages are there. Six systems with nothing underneath them do not run. They need the accounts, the phone number, the product, the book, the show, the dashboard, the community and the people. That is the difference between buying one piece and having the whole thing built.

What you get

A prototype of my own business model, front to back, with your name on it.

The same model I run. Look around this website. There is a book. There is a podcast, and it lives right here on the site. There are AI employees answering for me. There are six systems moving a stranger from watching to buying. That is my business model. When my team builds for you, you get that same model from front to back, built around what you know.

Your own e-book. We package what you know and put it in an e-book with your name on the cover. That e-book is the lead magnet for your business. In plain words, it is the reason a stranger hands you their name, and it is the first proof they see that you are the real thing. My team does the writing, the layout and the cover. You read the draft and tell us what to change.

Your own podcast. We produce your podcast, and it lives on your website, just like mine. You sit down and talk about what you know. My team handles the setup, the recording, the editing and getting every episode out.

AI employees in every part of it. AI employees are woven into every part of the business: the phone, the website, your social media messages, the clips, the reviews and the follow-up. They are trained on you before they talk to anybody.

You are getting a prototype of my business model, from front to back.

The one thing we ask. If having your own podcast and your own product scares you, we are not the right fit, and it is better to know that now.

Who does what

What you do, and what my team and I do.

Your part. You tell us what you know. You read the draft of your book and tell us what to change. You practice with your AI employee before it talks to anybody. You record. Once the system is running, your week is a short video, your show, and a yes, a no or a change on what goes out under your name.

Our part. Everything else on the list of fifteen. The accounts, the writing, the design, the building, the training, the producing, the testing and the connecting. Each stage is tested before the next one starts.

Each stage is tested before the next one starts.

How you know where things stand. Before we build, you see the plan: which stage comes when, with dates on each one, and the short list of things only you can do. During the build you get a progress update every week and a call with us every week.

Me, personally. I have run five businesses over forty years, and I was the one responsible for the systems in every one of them. I approve your plan before the build starts, and I approve changes before they go live. My team does the work, and I am on your account.

After the build. My team keeps going. We keep training your AI employees, we check every day that everything is running, and we pick and build one improvement every month.

Done For You

Our current price range for this is $40,000.00 to $60,000.00.
