AI Implementation

You will not be replaced by AI.

You'll be replaced by a company using it.

The people pulling ahead of you are not working harder than you. They answer every DM and comment in seconds at two in the morning, follow up five times without anybody remembering to, and never let a follower who was ready to buy fall through a crack, because software does it, not a person. You are doing that by hand, or not at all. So we walk through your business from the first message of the morning to the last sale at night, and then put a worker on those jobs, connected to all six of your systems, getting better at them every day.

Business growth strategies

The five time-tested ways to grow a business.

There are only five. Every growth plan ever written is some combination of these, and most people only ever work on one.

01

Get new buyers

This is the one most people think of first. More followers, more booked calls, more sales conversations, better ads, better follow-up, better closing.

Most people obsess about getting new followers while ignoring the buyers they already have.

02

Sell more to past buyers

This is often easier than finding brand-new people.

You sell them more: the next program, a membership, a mastermind seat, coaching on top of the course, or the next book.

03

Get more from each sale

This means each buyer spends more per purchase.

A bigger package, a better version, two things sold together, or moving people off a one-time purchase onto a membership.

04

Increase frequency

Get your people to buy more often. This one is huge and almost nobody works it.

The question becomes: how do we get students, clients and readers to come back monthly, quarterly, or annually?

05

Improve retention

Keep the people who already bought from walking away quietly.

This is the quiet one. Checking in, reminding them of the next session, catching the student who fell behind, and asking for the testimonial when it goes well. A busy team drops all of it first.

Automated Five Star Reviews — see how it works →

Every one of these five is a conversation, and an AI employee can hold it, every time. That is what lets a small team grow without hiring a department to do it.

So what is the fix?

For forty years, fixing this meant hiring and training more people.

To answer every DM, follow up with every interested follower, and stay on every student, you needed bodies: someone in the inbox, a follow-up person, a closer, someone to work the old email list. And right there, two walls went up that never came down.

First, money. Good people are expensive, and stacking up enough of them to cover all of it was never going to pencil out for a team your size. Think about what it really takes. One person in the inbox. One following up. One closing. One working the old list. Every one of them wants a paycheck whether your month was good or bad. In forty years across five businesses, I never once saw that math work for a small team. So most people do what you probably did. They cover it themselves, at night, on their phone, and they call it hustle.

Second, consistency. Even when you found someone, you could not make them consistent. People have bad days. They forget. They get busy. They quit right when they finally got good. You can have cheap, or you can have good, or you can have consistent. But you could never get all three in one person. Nobody could.

Then something changed

In 2024 the math changed, and it changed in your favor.

The technology crossed a line it had never crossed before. For the first time, everything those five ways of growing require can rest on AI employees: they cost a fraction of a human team member and they never have an off day. Let me say that in plain words. Answering, following up, staying in touch, going back to the old list, offering the next thing. Every one of those is a conversation. Until then, only a person could hold a conversation that felt real. Now a trained AI employee can, in writing and on the phone, and can hold as many of them at once as your audience sends.

Affordable, excellent and consistent. The three qualities that could never live in one hire have finally come together. Those three showing up in one place is the reason this company exists. It is also the reason this was out of reach until now. Before this I would have had to tell you to go hire people, and you would have run into the same two walls. Today my team and I can build you the workers.

The amplifier

An amplifier needs something to amplify.

What an AI employee is. Most people have never been shown an AI employee, so here it is in plain words. It is a worker that is not a person. It has a job, the same as anybody on your team. It knows what you sell, what it costs and how you like people treated. It talks with your followers in writing and on the phone, in friendly everyday words. You do not log in and operate it. Your audience talks to it, and you see what came of it on your calendar.

The work it takes. Getting attention was never the whole job. Somebody still has to answer every person who raises a hand, and then stay in front of them, because people need to see you and hear from you seven to ten times before they trust you enough to pay. Now multiply that by every follower you have. That used to be a room full of people on a payroll. Today it is AI employees, working every hour of the day, for a fraction of what that room cost.

What an amplifier does. An amplifier does not write the song. It takes what is already there and makes it reach the back of the room. AI employees do not replace what you know or the way you say it. They take the one good conversation you would have with a follower if you had the time, and they have it with everybody, in your words, with your prices and your rules. That also means there has to be something to amplify. So we package what you know first, starting with your own e-book.

An amplifier does not write the song. It takes what is already there and makes it reach the back of the room.

Why six systems. The amplifier is plugged into six things, and they go in the same order every time. Your website gives people a place to go. The content engine keeps you showing up. Speed to Lead answers them. Reviews show them proof. CRM Mastery goes back for the ones who went quiet. Paid ads come last. Each of those was once a person's job. AI employees do the work on every one of them, and because the six are connected, what one learns the next one already knows. A follower who asked a question on Tuesday is not treated like a stranger on Friday.

Better every month. A new hire is at their worst on day one, and so is an AI employee. The difference is what happens next. My team reads what yours says to your followers and corrects it, the way you would coach anybody new. A person forgets half of what you tell them. An AI employee keeps every correction. So the answers your audience gets later are sharper than the ones they got at the start, and nobody on your team had to manage it.

The office behind you. Every working talent has an office behind them. Somebody answers the phone, somebody follows up and somebody keeps the calendar full, so the talent can go be the talent. That is the part of a talent agent's job this page is about. My team and I staff that office for you with AI employees, and we tie it to our proprietary Revenue Engine so nothing a follower says gets lost between one desk and the next. You should never have to be your own front desk.

What that means for you. The timing is on your side, and the opening is right in front of you. None of this is new. What is new is that someone your size can finally afford to run it. The companies pulling ahead of you figured that out first, and that is the only head start they have. You do not have to learn how any of it works. My team and I build it, connect it and keep it running, and you keep doing the part people follow you for.

If you want a worker like Chloe answering your followers, start with the application.

The problem

Your software waits. It does not act.

The system holding your contacts, your calendar and your list of buyers is good at remembering things. What it cannot do is take action. It sits there until a person logs in and does the work. Think about your own. Somewhere there is a list of everybody who ever messaged you, signed up or bought. It knows their names. It knows what they asked. And it does nothing with any of it until you or someone on your team opens it up and starts typing.

That is fine when ten people message you a week. It is a money hole when a video takes off and hundreds do. The follow-up that nobody has time for is exactly the follow-up that was going to turn that attention into sales. A person who asked about your program at midnight and heard nothing back by morning has not said no to you. Nobody ever answered them. That is the gap this page is about. You do not need better software for remembering. You need a worker who acts on what the software remembers.

The part nobody else will tell you

Renting the brain is easy. Making it an employee is the craft.

The raw AI everyone is talking about, ChatGPT and the rest, anyone can rent for a few dollars a month. These are the most powerful AI ever built, and a new one passes the last every few months. Knowing every one of them, and which to put on which job, is part of what this company does.

But raw, any of them is like the smartest new hire on earth who knows nothing about your business and forgets every word by morning. Brilliant, and useless to you. Ask it about your program and it will make up something that sounds right. Ask it again tomorrow and it will not remember you asked. That is why so many people tried one of these, got a clever paragraph out of it, and went right back to doing everything by hand. The brain was never the problem. Nobody ever gave it a job.

The real work is turning that raw brain into an employee that knows your programs, your prices, your audience and the way you do things, and that is connected to all six of your systems. And that last part is the hardest of all. Everyone runs a little differently, and the way you sell is nothing like the way the next person sells. Getting the AI and your six systems to actually talk to each other, so they work as one machine and get better every day, is the part almost nobody has cracked.

That is the work. That is what our team builds by hand, for your business and no one else’s.

Who does the work

You do not build any of it, and it earns for you day and night.

We build it. We train it on how you sell and how you price what you teach: your offers, the questions you hear all day, the way you like a student or client treated. And we run it. Your part is to talk, take your calls and teach. The building, the connecting and the running are ours. You do not write instructions for it or learn how it works inside. We ask the questions, we listen to how you talk about what you teach, and we build. When something changes, a new price, a new program, a new rule, you say so and it gets changed.

It runs on a website you own, not on a platform that can change the rules on you. You see every conversation and every booking happen, and you can change anything, any time. That matters more than it sounds. If everything you have built lives on a social platform, you are a tenant, and the landlord can change the locks. Your website is the one piece of digital real estate you own and control, and it is where attention turns into dollars. Your e-book sits there. Your podcast sits there. Your AI employees work from there. They answer every question, follow up with every person and book the calls, day and night, with my team behind them and me on your account.

That is the difference between this and most of what gets sold as AI. Most of it is a login and a library of training videos, and good luck. You know what happens to that library. It sits unwatched, because you have an audience to show up for and you never signed up to become a technician. You get a finished AI employee, already working. If you would rather do the building yourself, my book is the blueprint for it. This page is the other road. You get the worker and none of the technical homework, with my team behind it and me personally on your account. That is what a modern day talent agency does. You are the talent, and the work behind you is ours. I do not see anybody else offering it.

Meet your new hire

This is Chloe.

Chloe is an AI employee our team built and installed for a health, wellness and longevity clinic. She is not a chatbot bolted onto a website. She is a worker with a job description, sitting on top of the software that clinic already ran.

She was built for one clinic, trained on their prices, their offers and the questions they hear all day. Yours gets trained on you, and works from the website my team and I build for you.

How one hire holds six jobs

Pull up the staff list and there she is.

Right in the lineup next to the people you already pay. A name, a seat, a job, same as everyone else. Look closer at the roster below and one name shows up in six different seats. That is not a typo. Chloe fills all six. One thing before we walk through them. The six seats are not the six systems. The systems are what my team and I build. The seats are the jobs your AI employee works inside them.

Selling The Next Thing
The obvious question

How can one worker do six jobs? Because she is not a person.

This is the question everybody asks, and the answer is simple. A person can only do one job at a time, and only while they are awake. That is the whole reason you could never staff all six seats.

Chloe is not a person. She is an AI employee, built for this work. She is never tired, never full, never off the clock. The message that comes in late Saturday gets answered while she is also circling back to someone who went quiet and checking in on a student from last month. None of it waits in a pile.

And she is not winging it. We train her on your business before she ever says a word. Think of her less like one employee and more like a whole shift that never clocks out. That is why other pages on this website say AI employees, with an s. Count the jobs and there are six. Count the training and there is one. Before she goes to work she knows what you sell, what it costs, the questions you get every day, and the questions she is not allowed to answer. Then our team reads what she says and keeps correcting her, the way you would with any new hire. The difference is she never forgets the correction.

On the job

See her execute.

These are real conversations, names and numbers changed, nothing else. They happen to be from a health and wellness clinic we built this same system for, but watch what she does, not what she sells: she handles the price objection, re-engages someone who had already given up, and knows exactly which questions are not hers to answer. The same moves work when a follower asks about your program.

Prospect

It’s actually not far for me. Can you tell me about pricing? That’s a big issue.

Chloe

Since you’ve already been on the medicine, your first visit is discounted. Then the monthly depends on which option the doctor thinks fits you best, and she gives you both prices right there. No contracts, no memberships, just pay as you go. Want me to lock in that Monday spot so the doctor can go over what makes sense for you?

Prospect

Honestly, does this program only offer GLP?

Chloe

Nope! We also do testosterone therapy, peptide treatments, and red light therapy. The doctor looks at the full picture and figures out what combination makes the most sense for where you’re at — he doesn’t just push one thing. Want me to grab that Monday spot?

Prospect

Ok. I’ll take the call for Monday.

That prospect asked the two questions that kill most sales, the price and “is this all you do?” Chloe turned both into a booking.

Chloe

Hey! 80 pounds is a real goal — what’s got you focused on making this happen right now?

Prospect

Can’t buy bigger clothes! 😅 and I just wanted to look good at 56.

Chloe

Ha, I love that! 😊 Nothing like a closet full of clothes that don’t fit to light a fire under you. Have you tried these weight-loss shots before, or is this something you’ve been looking into on your own?

Prospect

I started doing shots last year, saw weight loss… stopped for financial reasons, gained it back… started again… no weight loss, it’s been 6 months now. Wasted money.

Chloe

Ugh, that’s so frustrating — especially when you know it worked before. You’re not alone in that at all, the doctor sees this a lot.

Prospect

ok… lol… I was hoping I wasn’t bothering someone so late at night! 😝

Chloe

Ha, no bother at all! 😄 You’re all set — see you Monday!

Someone who had already wasted money and given up: re-engaged, warmed up, and booked. Nobody on the team was going to chase her down. Chloe did.

Prospect

Quick question — is this a subscription plan, or do I order when I’m ready?

Chloe

Great question — the doctor goes over all of that with you on your call so it’s tailored to you. I don’t want to give you a number that doesn’t fit your plan. Want me to make sure he covers it?

This is the line between an employee and a chatbot: she knows exactly where her job ends, and hands the medical and pricing calls to a human instead of guessing.

The six seats, one at a time

What she actually covers.

Seat 1

Reaching Your Old List

She goes back for the attention you already earned.

Everyone with an audience is sitting on an old list: people who downloaded something, joined the email list, asked about the program, went quiet, and got forgotten because there was always something louder that day. That is attention you already paid for in years of showing up, sitting there cold. Chloe goes back for all of it, on her own, without being told. She works from your list, so she already knows who never bought. She reaches back out, picks the conversation up where it stopped, and books the ones who are ready. No new ad spend. No new followers. Just the people you already had, finally worked. This is the seat that surprises people most, because the money was already sitting in the list.

CRM Mastery — see how it works →

Seat 2

Answering New Followers

She answers the second someone raises a hand, day or night.

A follower who just asked about your program is only hot for a few minutes. Wait an hour and they are back to scrolling, or buying from someone else. The problem was never that you did not care. It is that you cannot sit in your DMs at 9 p.m. on a Saturday, and neither can your team. Chloe can. The moment someone reaches out, from your website, a DM, a comment, an ad, a missed call, anywhere, she answers in seconds, in your voice, with your prices and your offer. She does not just say "thanks, we'll be in touch." She starts the real conversation and works it toward a sale or a booked call. The attention you already earned finally gets caught the instant it shows up.

Speed to Lead — see how it works →

Seat 3

Booking Sales Calls

She handles the objections and books the call onto your calendar herself.

Answering fast is only half of it. Most people do not say yes right away. They ask the price, they say they need to think, they want to check with someone first. That is where sales usually die, because handling that takes a real closer, and a real closer is the hardest person on earth to hire and keep. Chloe handles it. She answers the price question, works through the hesitation, and keeps the conversation going instead of folding the second she hears "maybe." And she knows exactly where her job ends: the questions that need you, anything needing an expert answer, anything that is not hers, she hands off cleanly instead of guessing. When she gets the yes, she does not drop it on your desk. She books it straight onto your calendar or sends the link to buy. You do not see the work. You see a new name on the schedule.

Paid Ads = Booked Appointments — see how it works →

Seat 4

Keeping Students

She keeps the students and clients you already won from drifting away.

The most expensive buyer to get is a new one. The cheapest money you have is the person who already bought from you once, but only if you stay in touch, and staying in touch is the first thing that falls off the plate when you are busy. Chloe does not get busy. She checks in, reminds them of the next session, and catches the ones who are about to quit before they are gone for good. The students and clients you worked so hard to win stop quietly slipping out the back door. Here is what that looks like from the student's side. They bought your program with good intentions, life got loud, and they fell behind. Nobody noticed. A month later they feel too embarrassed to come back, so they do not renew and they never buy the next thing. One friendly check-in at the right moment changes that. Chloe sends it every time, to every student, and when someone answers with a real problem she hands it to your team.

Seat 5

Answering the phone, day and night

She picks up the phone, too. Every hour of every day.

When a call comes in and you are on stage, recording, or with a client, or it is after hours, or it is a Sunday, that call used to go to voicemail and just sit there. Most people do not leave a message. They move on. Chloe answers. She handles the basics, what you offer, what it costs, how it works, scheduling, and when a call really needs a human, she flags it for you instead of letting it vanish. You stop losing the people who only ever called once. Think about who still picks up a phone to call you. It is usually the person closest to buying, the one with a real question who is ready to decide. That is the last call you can afford to miss. And because she is connected to the rest of your systems, the caller is not a stranger to her. If they have messaged before, she knows, and she picks up from there.

Seat 6

Selling The Next Thing

She sells the next thing to the people who already love you.

Your easiest sale is the person who already said yes once. They know you, they trust you, and the next thing they would buy from you, the next program, the next book, the mastermind, is usually sitting right there. But nobody ever brings it up, because everybody is busy keeping the lights on. Chloe brings it up. She reaches out, mentions the thing that fits, handles the back-and-forth, and books it. You look at the schedule and the names are already there. This is where the cross-sells and upsells live, and it is the easiest money you will ever make, because you are not convincing a stranger of anything. And if you only have one thing to sell today, that is part of what we fix. Your own e-book gives the people who already follow you something to buy, and everything you build after it gives them a next step.

Now add it up

Six seats. One hire.

Step back and look at what you just read. To cover those six seats with people, you would be hiring a whole team: someone in your inbox answering every DM, a follow-up person chasing every interested follower, a closer to turn interest into sales calls, someone working back through your old email list, someone answering the phone at all hours, and someone whose only job is bringing past students back for the next program.

Six roles. And here is the honest math on what that team really costs. Salaries are just the start. You are also paying for training, mistakes, slow days, sick days, the constant hiring and re-hiring, and the time you lose managing all of it. Even on a good day you are getting six different people having six different moods, and your audience feels every one of them.

Chloe holds all six seats at once. She answers, follows up, closes, works the old list, picks up the phone around the clock, and brings past buyers back, and she does it the exact same way on her best day and her worst, because she does not have a worst day. She never calls in sick, never quits on you, never asks for a raise, and never lets an interested follower slip through the cracks because she got busy.

So this is the rare deal where you get more and pay less for it. You get the consistency a six-person team wishes it could deliver, every message answered, every follower worked, every student followed up with, for a fraction of what that team would cost you. That is the part that makes people sit up: better coverage, better consistency, and a smaller number at the bottom of the page.

The number is further down this page. You already know it is not six salaries.

And one more thing

It turns what you built into something that runs without you.

There is a second thing that happens when this gets installed, and most people do not think about it until we say it out loud.

A program that only runs because you answer every message yourself is a job, not a business. You can never step away from it, and nobody could ever buy it. A program that runs on a system, the way a McDonald's runs the same with or without the owner in the room, is worth a great deal more, because it keeps working after you walk away.

That is what we build into yours: a franchise prototype that keeps answering, following up and booking whether you are there or not. It is a copy of my own business, front to back: the website, the e-book, the podcast and the AI employees, with your name on it. You get the growth now, your time back, and a bigger check if you ever do sell it.

Your team's part

What your people do while the AI employees do the rest.

Why we ask. The application asks who is on your team, and that question is there for a reason. An AI employee can answer, follow up and book. It cannot be you. It cannot coach the client, sit on the sales call, or make the judgment call on a special case. Somebody human has to be standing there to receive what the Revenue Engine sends over. That is why we work with people who already have a small team in place. It does not have to be big. It has to be there.

Your part. You are the face and the voice. You sit down and record, and you talk about what you know. Our team turns that recording into videos, clips and episodes, and produces your podcast on your website. You take the sales calls that land on your calendar, or your closer does. And you deliver what you teach. That is the work only you can do. It is probably the reason you got into this in the first place, and it is likely the work you have had the least time for.

Your right hand. The person who runs your operation stops being the one who chases. Right now they are probably carrying a list in their head of who asked about what and who still needs a call back. That list comes out of their head for good. What reaches them are the handoffs, the questions an AI employee knows are not hers to answer, passed along with the conversation so nobody has to ask the person to start over. They go from chasing everything to deciding the few things that need a decision.

Your assistant. Whoever looks after your clients stops spending the day answering the same questions over and over. What it costs, how it works, when the next session is. The AI employees answer those. Your assistant gets that time back and spends it on the people who already paid you: welcoming a new student, solving a real problem, noticing who needs a personal word. The human touch goes where a human actually matters, which is the part your clients remember and tell other people about.

The human touch goes where a human actually matters, which is the part your clients remember and tell other people about.

Your week, after. Today you wake up to a phone full of messages and guess which ones mattered. Once this is running, what you look at in the morning is your calendar and a short list of things that need a person. You record. You take your calls. Your team works the short list. Everything else was already answered while you were asleep, on stage or with a client. The work did not go away. It just stopped piling up on your team.

Your team gets stronger. Everybody on your team moves up to the work only a person can do, and the AI employees take the work no person could ever keep up with. Behind them is a US company with a team of its own. My team and I run your AI employees, read what they say and keep making them better, and I am personally on your account. You are adding workers to your team, and every one of your people gets more done because of it.

If you want the worker and none of the technical homework, tell us about your audience.

Who this is for

We are not for everybody, and that is on purpose.

We take on 5 to 10 clients at a time. Each one of these gets built by hand for that person, and there is only so much of that we can do well. An AI employee that sounds like you has to be trained on you: your programs, your prices and the way you treat a student. That cannot be stamped out on an assembly line. I am personally on every account, with my team behind me, and we keep the list short so every build gets our full attention.

So the next step is simple. It is a short application: what you sell, how big your audience is, who is on your team. If it fits, we get on a call and walk your day end to end, every DM, every sale, what gets promised, what gets forgotten. Then we tell you whether we are the right fit for each other.

There are three ways in. Do it yourself is my book, the blueprint, for the person with more time than money right now. Done with you is the Revenue Share Partnership, for when the work fits and writing the whole check today does not. It starts at $3,995.00, and its own page explains the rest. Done for you fits the person who already sells what they know and has a small team in place. Those two begin with a discovery call, where you get your exact price and see what we would build.

Done for you, the build is $40,000.00 to $60,000.00.

That is a spread, because no two audiences are the same. The build is done for you: your website, your own e-book, your own podcast, your AI employees on all six systems, trained on your programs, your prices and your rules, connected so they work as one machine and hand work to each other. You also get reports that show you what each one did. Then we keep it running and getting better: your AI employees working day and night, with our team behind them. Where you land depends on how much you sell, how many places your audience lives, and how much of your business it has to learn. Fill in the application below, and if we are a fit I will give you your exact price. Most builds take 4 to 6 weeks from the day we start, and I walk you through yours on the discovery call.

Price this against people. The team it would take to cover all six seats costs more every year than this entire build. And people do not work nights, weekends or holidays.
